NC Plastic Filled Water Cooling Towers

Tower Outer Cladding

As a standard, it is made of corrugated corrugated onduline galvanized sheet or plastic sheet that is resistant to breakage. It is mounted on the tower as impermeable so as not to allow any air leakage.

Fan

Specially designed for NC series towers; The blades are adjustable, statically and dynamically fully balanced, and the fan made of cast aluminum material against corrosion is used.

Mechanical Elements

The drive shaft made of electrogalvanized steel is supported by heavy-duty bearings from two separate places. Vibration problem is solved thanks to specially designed elastic coupling or belt-pulley assembly. Noise levels in NC towers have been reduced to low decibel values. Specially geared drive system can also be used.

Hot Water Distribution System

Minimum pumping pressure and long operating life are ensured with the natural flow water distribution system made of hot galvanized or epoxy painted steel. Natural flow water distribution is made with specially designed polypropylene fountains.

Bee Honeycomb Eliminators

As the eliminators made of plastic polystyrene direct the air well, they provide low power draw from the fan. It is easy to control and maintain. Since the eliminators are mounted as double-pass, they hold the water in the air very well. The drift loss is below 0.2%. Eliminators can be specially made of PVC.

Fan Cylinder

The fan cylinder, which is made of hot galvanized or epoxy painted steel, is designed to ensure that the air enters the fan easily, thus ensuring the efficient operation of the tower. In addition, it is protected by a steel wire mesh to prevent foreign materials from entering.
