KVKK Notice

This notice is issued by Üçsan Makina Su Soğutma ve Klima İmalatı Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Üçsan Cooling”) as data controller under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

Personal data we process

• Identity and contact data: name, company, e-mail, phone, country
• Request data: the message you write in quotation, contact, service or spare-part forms and the products you are interested in
• Selection software membership: account details and the inputs and results of your selection calculations
• Security data: IP address, browser information and access logs

Purposes

• Responding to your quotation, information, service and spare-part requests
• Creating and approving your selection software membership and storing your calculations
• Establishing and performing the commercial relationship, sales and after-sales services
• Information security, prevention of misuse and compliance with legal obligations

Legal grounds

Your data is processed under Article 5/2 of KVKK: where directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, for compliance with legal obligations, for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and for our legitimate interests provided your fundamental rights are not harmed. Where explicit consent is required (e.g. commercial electronic messages) it is obtained separately.

Transfers

Your data may be shared, to the extent necessary to provide the service, with hosting and e-mail infrastructure providers, business partners and authorized public bodies. Transfers to service providers abroad comply with Article 9 of KVKK.

Collection method

Data is collected electronically through the forms on ucsansogutma.com.tr, the selection software registration screen, e-mail and telephone.

Retention

Data is kept for the period required by the purpose and by applicable limitation/retention periods, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

Your rights under Article 11 of KVKK

• Learn whether your data is processed and request information
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
• Know the third parties to whom data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and request deletion or destruction
• Request notification of these actions to third parties to whom data was transferred
• Object to an unfavorable result arising from exclusively automated analysis
• Claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing

How to apply

Send your request in writing with identity-verifying information to İkitelli OSB Esenler Industrial Site, Block 17, No:9, Başakşehir / Istanbul / TÜRKİYE or to info@ucsansogutma.com.tr. We conclude requests within thirty days at the latest, depending on their nature.
